We also include coverage in case your flight is delayed and your plans change:

If your outbound flight is delayed by more than 24h and prevents you from starting your trip, you can cancel the trip and claim the prepaid amount of your booking.
If your outbound flight is delayed due to the specified reasons and you arrive late to your destination, you can claim the loss of services for the first night of your reservation.

What do I need to do to cancel my booking and request a refund for the cancellation costs?

If you meet one of the conditions described above and have booked a Non-Refundable rate, please follow these steps:

Contact us to request the cancellation of the booking and an invoice for the costs.
Contact the insurer at: flexmyroom@arag.es providing your personal details and policy number, attaching the invoice and the justification for the cancellation.
The insurer will contact you as soon as possible with instructions.
